THE HEALTH RESEARCH AND EDUCATIONAL TRUST (HRET)

The Health Research and Educational Trust has developed a Disparities Toolkit for collecting race, ethnicity and primary language information from patients.  It is designed to help community health centers understand the importance of accurate data collection, assess organizational capacity to do so, and implement a framework designed specifically for obtaining information from patients about their race, ethnicity, and primary (preferred) language efficiently, effectively, and respectfully.
