Bi-State Primary Care Association recognized David Reynolds as its founding father on May 23, 2007 at its annual meeting.

“It a great privilege to recognize and honor David Reynolds' many accomplishments on behalf of Bi-State, Northern Counties Health Care and, of course, the many Vermonters who have been provided access to health care as a result of work that he has done,” asserts Tess Kuenning, Bi-State executive director.
Reynolds worked with others keen to improve access to health care for all residents of New Hampshire and Vermont and together, they founded Bi-State Primary Care Association.

“Under David Reynolds’ leadership, the organization has grown from a staff of two and two health center members, to a staff of over twenty and a diverse membership of 31 organizations — all with a common vision to bring health care access to all,” Kuenning declares.
