The award honors individuals whose volunteer efforts have made a significant impact on the vulnerable populations of New Hampshire. “Professor Crepeau represents all that is encompassed in the words service with excellence and leadership,” declares Ann Peters, executive director of Lamprey Health Care and chair of Bi-State’s Board of Directors.
